This skills-focused, non-credit microcredential consists of three, 2-week sections where you won’t just read about adaptability, you’ll practice it — using AI tools to deepen your knowledge and enhance your learning. You’ll actively engage in proven strategies to manage stress, reframe setbacks, make confident decisions in ambiguous situations and lead solutions-focused conversations. Learning and maintaining these skills can help you, your team and your organization navigate change in a workplace full of shifting priorities.
After successful completion of the 3-part course, you’ll earn the Adaptability & Resilience Practitioner badge and walk away with a personalized adaptability plan that applies directly to your role at work.
