This data literacy class was an excellent introduction into data collection, cleaning, and storytelling. I learned to much about what data cleaning means and how to clean data effectively to help me be more efficient in my daily work.  I also learned more about storytelling and how to articulate data so it resonates with and is relevant to the audience at hand. These skills will support critical thinking about the data and message I need to communicate.

This work will help me develop ideas for an actual research protocol that I am developing for my work. I am happy to be thinking in advance of what data we will need to look at during this exploratory phase.”

This was such a great learning experience, I really enjoyed being challenged the past few weeks.  This was so out of my comfort zone but now I'm much more confident in the data analytics realm.  Working hands on with Tableau these past few weeks was where I noticed my biggest improvement.  I understand not only what the application is but how to tell a story and know my audience.  This has been such a great experience, I'm proud to carry this into my day to day and implement these tools/insights into my workplace
