Through scenario-based learning, lightweight prototyping, and AI-powered coaching, you’ll build people-centered, practicial skills in stakeholder engagement, empathy-driven problem framing, solution prototyping, user testing and persuasive communication. Upon completion, you’ll leave with the confidence and tools to inspire action, influence decisions and deliver results that matter—to your customers, your colleagues and your organization.

Successful learners will be issued a Human-Centered Solutions Practitioner badge from SNHU that demonstrates your achievement and skills obtained. This badge can be proudly displayed on social media and shared with employers.
