This skills-focused, non-credit microcredential consists of three, 2-week sections that  help you ensure communication leads to action, alignment and results. First, you’ll learn how to make messages immediately clear and actionable by defining purpose, decisions, ownership and next steps. Then, you’ll practice adaptability in real time, managing conversations under pressure, maintaining focus and stepping in when clarity breaks down. Finally, you’ll practice stakeholder alignment by clarifying expectations, addressing misalignment and restoring shared understanding so work continues to move forward.

 

After successful completion of the 3-part course, you’ll be equipped with an enduring communication skill set you can use in any role. Plus, you’ll earn the Communication & Collaboration Practitioner badge — a credential that demonstrates your ability to communicate effectively across complex, real-world situations.
